Sharon ran into a young woman at a wedding. The woman immediately felt comfortable with Sharon and said “my parents need help”. The family had lived in a hot area of Bend called Woodriver Village. It’s an area of manufactured homes, on large lots, just blocks from the Deschutes River, the Old Mill District and road to Mt. Bachelor. The trailer was in ill repair, the father had health issues, and the Mother was worn down from the work involved with the aging home that only had wood heat! We were able to sell the lot quickly, seamlessly, and get them into a new home in Madras that they were able to pay cash for. It was the perfect outcome!
