It took just the right buyers to be educated on what was available and what prices were, and see the vision of what this magical property could be. I admire and adore these clients. Chris and Suzanne did a cross country move with two horses, a dog, a cat, and both of them have demanding busy jobs. 

The work has started, and they are settling in to life in Central Oregon. We went to dinner recently and out came the phone with gorgeous pictures of a herd of elk on their property. They definitely found a dream spot to call home.
