This was a magnificent house to sell and amazing buyers to work with. Tim and Heidi are moving to Bend from Long Island, NY. They have friends in Bend (and make friends everywhere they go!) They were ready for a change and a more active lifestyle near the mountains. I met them at an open house at my Starview listing. They wanted a house with views and a separate space for Heidi's brother, who can work remotely and plans to live with them for extended periods of time.

We looked at a lot of beautiful houses, but “The Villa” in North Rim with the unobstructed and sweeping views kept calling them back. They loved the quality, history, rarity, space, and natural surroundings of this show stopping house on just over an acre. I can’t wait to see what Heidi does to this grand home to make it welcoming and ready for friends and family, with art from around the world.
